Grapes: 100% Raboso del Piave.
Refermentation method: Method Campenoise, 36 months sur lie.
Alcohol gradation: 12,5% vol.
Residual sugars: 6 gr/litre.
View: Antique pink with elegant fine perlage.
Smell: Bread crust, pan brioche that evolves into raspberry and plum.
Taste: Intense freshness that brings in the mouth the nose aromas of red fruits.

Organic Still wines

ROSSO Veneto IGT

Grapes: Raisined Raboso del Piave grapes, Cabernet and Merlot.
Ripen: 36 months in barrique and bottle.
Alcohol gradation: 14,5% vol.
View: Deep ruby red.
Smell: Dry prune with dry fruits nuances, followed by spices and leather.
Taste: Intense and full. Gently tannic and with a very long persistence.

Grapes: 100% Raisined Sauvignon Blanc.
Aging: 18 months in oak Tonneaux.

Taste: Exuberant, impressively elegant, very long persistence.
