WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO BE
ORGANIC PRODUCERS?

We are aware of the unique quality of our vineyards and of the territory where they naturally grow.
This treasure has to be protected and preserved as a precious gift for the next generations.
For these reasons, we decided to become a 100% organic winery, a milestone in the journey towards our final goal: total sustainability.

How do we make our organic Prosecco?
Here are the 5 key points of our philosophy:

bio

An organic Prosecco finally free from synthetic substances

Organic Prosecco and all other Corvezzo’s wines are produced with grapes cultivated exclusively without pesticides, herbicides and synthetic fertilizers.

tecnologia

An organic Prosecco resulting from investments in new technologies and experimentation

The use of cutting-edge technologies allows us to monitor constantly all climate conditions and to intervene promptly and effectively in the vineyard without wasting resources.

energie_rinnovabili

An organic Prosecco produced with renewable energy

From the vineyard to the winery, our eco-friendly philosophy is the same. A photovoltaic plant provides energy to the machines employed in the winemaking process and a biomass plant will be producing thermic energy from the pruning waste.

packaging_green

An organic Prosecco with a sustainable packaging

Natural paper and recycled materials are used for labels and boxes, while lightweight bottles helps reducing air pollution. Our winery is also certified by RafCycle® for the recycling of labelling waste material.

controllo_filiera

An organic Prosecco with a guaranteed supply chain control

From vineyard to bottling, we constantly monitor our organic grapes in order to guarantee the best quality of the raw materials involved in the winemaking process and prevent any possible contamination.
