For years, the family has been experimenting with new approaches to the rosé shades of its bubbles. Pale pink in colour with fine and persistent perlage. It opens with delicate notes of red fruits, wild strawberry and blackberry and refined floral nuance. Fresh and harmonious, with a delicate balance between liveliness and smoothness. It pairs beautifully with tuna sashimi, raw scampi, fresh pasta with lobster, vegetable pie with cream cheese and also complements fruit desserts and white chocolate.
