It fascinates the nose with its bouquet of white flowers, notes of wisteria, jasmine and acacia flowers, citrus and green apple with a delicate mineral hint. On the palate, it is fresh and delicate, savory and balanced with a clean finish. Always perfect for an unconventional toast or paired with delicious appetizers made with fresh cheeses, such as crostini with Casatella Trevigiana and radicchio. Excellent also with bass carpaccio, shrimp risotto and pumpkin ravioli.
